Welcome aboard the amazing 2-night cruise on the East coast of Sri Lanka! Rofi has now transferred our expertise from land to sea, with the most magical holiday escape! Through this 2-night luxury sailing journey, you can admire the impressive coastline in the company of dolphins and whales; dive into vibrant coral habitats and savour some of the island’s best sailing. 

Day 1: Setting Sail from Trincomalee

Our voyage begins in Dutch Bay in Trincomalee. Embark on the luxurious Ocean Diamond and be prepared for an unforgettable experience! Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink at sunset and a delicious dinner while watching the sun dips below the horizon. You can explore a variety of waterspouts such as swimming, sea canoeing and stand-up paddle boarding. 

Your first night aboard will end in Back Bay, at the foot of the Koneswaram temple. Feel free to enjoy a night cap, a perfect way to end the first day on board the Ocean Diamond.

Day 2: Navigating to Nilaweli

The next day of our adventure begins with a scrumptious breakfast with some fresh Ceylon tea. As we navigate towards the deep sea, you might want to look closely at the sea and be prepared to spot some whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. After having some delicious cuisines on board, we will sail towards Nilaweli for the night. We invite you to explore more water sports like snorkelling, jet skis, or some line fishing on the peaceful water.

Day 3: Back to Dutch Bay

On your last day of this adventure, you can continue to enjoy the amenities onboard and explore water sports. Lunch will be served as we sail back to Dutch Bay, offering one last chance to soak in the picturesque views and settle down for disembarking.

Other Options

The Ocean Diamond offers a luxurious experience with a variety of water sports and a bar for drinks. However, if you wish to enjoy a more peaceful sailing experience with less water sports, you might want to consider opting for Ceycat. The Ceycat is a smaller boat offering a more private experience, yet it will sail through exactly the same route.
